These Subscription Terms explain how trials, subscriptions, cancellation, subscription fee changes, refunds, and withdrawal rights apply to your use of the Service.

Please read these Subscription Terms carefully. You may wish to take a screenshot of this information for your reference, as it may help you control your subscriptions.

We may offer a free or paid trial subscription for the Service.

Unless you cancel the trial at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the price indicated on the payment screen for the subscription period you selected.

Subscriptions may renew automatically.

Unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the then-current subscription period, you may be charged for the next subscription period at the price indicated on the payment screen.

By starting a trial or subscription and providing a payment method, you authorize the applicable charge shown on the payment screen for the selected subscription period.

If the trial or subscription is not canceled on time, the payment method provided may be charged automatically in accordance with these Subscription Terms.

Canceling your subscription means that automatic renewal will be disabled.

After cancellation, you will still have access to your subscription features for the remaining time of the then-current subscription period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change subscription fees at any time.

We will give you reasonable notice of any pricing changes by posting the new prices on the app, by sending you an email notification, or by using another prominent method.

If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel the applicable subscription before the change takes effect.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, purchases made through our website are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated in these Subscription Terms or required by applicable law.

If you are an EEA or UK user, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a contract without giving any reason and without incurring any costs.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by email.

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you have been presented with and have provided your prior express consent to begin performance during the withdrawal period, and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal, then, unless the Service is defective, you will not be eligible for a refund in relation to digital content and will only be eligible for a proportional refund in relation to digital service.

If this provision applies, we will provide you with a copy of the confirmation of your prior express consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium.
