• financial reasons, such as insufficient funds or an accidental purchase.

If you do not meet the conditions described in this Refund Policy, the fees you have paid are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated in this Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

If you are an EU user, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a contract without giving any reason and without incurring any costs.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by email.

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Please ensure that your communication includes the same email address used for your account or purchase, so we can identify you as a user and process your request.

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

If you have been presented with and have provided your prior express consent to begin performance during the withdrawal period, and acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal, then, unless the Service is defective:

• you will not be eligible for a refund in relation to digital content; and
• you will only be eligible for a proportional refund in relation to digital service.

If this provision applies, we will provide you with a copy of the confirmation of your prior express consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium.
